How the Halfdays Jacket Became My Winter Essential
I’ve always been a fan of hoodies as they’re cozy, easy, and just feel like home. But as winter rolled in, I realized I needed something a little more structured, a jacket that was still comfy but actually made for the cold. Most hoodies just didn’t provide the warmth I needed on some of the colder winter days. That’s when I discovered the Halfdays jacket.
I ended up picking up three pieces from the collection, and they’ve been my absolute favorites ever since. Each one hits that perfect balance of warmth that I was looking for, the kind of jacket you don’t want to take off.
Why I Chose Halfdays Jackets?
Now you might be thinking, there are so many brands out there, so why did I specifically choose the Halfdays jacket? Well, its because of the outstanding collection they had. Take a look at their collection, and I’m sure you’ll fall in love with it too. They have pieces in so many colors, and when my jackets arrived, I was truly impressed; they really lived up to the descriptions mentioned on the page. That’s how I knew I had selected the right brand.
Top 3 Jackets from Halfdays
Here are the descriptions of each piece that I selected from Halfdays:
Georgie Puffer Jacket: Spiked Cocoa
When I first saw the Georgie Puffer Jacket in Spiked Cocoa, I was instantly drawn to that muddy color, as it is my favourite. I had been tired of bulky, scratchy winter jackets that felt heavy and stiff, so when I slipped this one on for the first time, I immediately felt comfortable, like it was made for me.
The material of the Georgie Jacket was so soft. It’s filled with PrimaLoft Black ThermoPlume insulation that felt super warm and didn't weigh me down at all. The shell of recycled nylon and spandex gave it a soft but tough feel. I stayed dry even when snowflakes hit the jacket, due to its high water‑resistance rating.
Halfdays × Parks Project Lawrence Jacket
I picked up the Lawrence Jacket because I loved the bold Rocky Mountain print. I also had a ski adventure coming up, so I thought this one would be just the right fit. I wanted a jacket that wasn’t just useful but also had personality, and this one checked all those boxes. The fit was flattering, and I could zip it up every time.
What really impressed me was how the materials worked together. The jacket uses PrimaLoft Black ECO insulation and a fully waterproof recycled polyester shell, so it kept me warm and dry even when snow was falling hard. The 20,000 mm waterproof rating meant moisture couldn’t seep through, and things like underarm vents and a helmet‑friendly hood made it comfortable for long days.
Halfdays Murphy Ski Suit: Oat Milk
Now this one just looked cute, aesthetic to me, because I wanted something a bit different from top to bottom. I’d been eyeing one‑piece ski suits for a while, and the clean look of the Murphy in Oat Milk sold me. When it arrived, I was genuinely surprised at how good it felt on, like it was made for all the winter fun I had planned.
The material of the Murphy suit made all the difference. It’s built with a fully waterproof recycled polyester shell and PrimaLoft insulation that was warm but not bulky, so I could move freely. The taped seams and high water‑resistance meant snow stayed out, even during long days on the slopes.
So if you’re also a fan of hoodies but want something that can protect you from snow while keeping you warm throughout the day, then you need to check out these pieces. My experience with Halfdays jackets was undeniably amazing, and yours can be too. So why wait? Get them now and make your winter more fun.
